Craig has over thirty years of experience acting on corporate-related matters across multiple sectors.
In particular, Craig advises on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, joint ventures, shareholder and partnership arrangements and commercial contracts. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, most notably in steel, automotive and aviation, and also in the corporate real estate sector. Many of the transactions that he works on include an international element.
